Job Description
Brello Health, part of the Allia Health Group, is seeking a Director of Marketing to oversee the day-to-day execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing initiatives across Brello’s portfolio of health and wellness brands. This high-impact role blends strategy and execution by transforming leadership direction into tangible results through campaign builds, creative workflows, and performance analysis. The Director will report directly to the VP of E-Commerce and work closely with design, development, product, and paid media teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Project Management
- Translate the VP of E-Commerce’s vision into actionable marketing plans, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns, product launches, landing pages, and brand initiatives.
- Manage workflows among designers, developers, copywriters, and external vendors.
- Maintain visibility and accountability using ClickUp or Monday.com.
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on implementation.
- Campaign Management & CRO Optimization
- Oversee the QA, build, and launch of digital campaigns.
- Execute A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Use GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and Shopify dashboards to monitor metrics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine copy and design for conversion.
- Prepare and present campaign performance summaries.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal creative, product, and marketing teams.
- Manage agency partners and freelancers.
- Support leadership with progress updates and operational efficiencies.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Platform Oversight & Technical Quality Assurance
- Supervise operations across project management, eCommerce, email, and analytics systems.
- Conduct pre-launch QA for branding and tracking accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with advertising standards and wellness regulations.
- Reporting, Insights & Continuous Optimization
- Develop reporting frameworks to track KPIs.
- Identify trends and translate data into recommendations.
- Maintain a repository of A/B test results.
- Provide quarterly marketing summaries and participate in annual planning.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management.
- Proven success leading marketing for DTC/eCommerce brands.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing agency relationships and freelance teams.
- Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale, and Northbeam.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO strategy, and attribution tracking.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or health-oriented products.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
