Job Description
KKBC, a leading B2B tech marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Director to develop and deliver high-impact visual campaigns that engage audiences and elevate brand storytelling. This position is critical in shaping creative strategy, from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and marketing objectives. The Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage and mentor junior creatives, and push the boundaries of innovative design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Strategy & Execution: Oversee the creative team in producing bold, high-quality campaigns across various platforms, driving the visual direction and exceeding performance standards.
- Brand Positioning & Development: Manage the brand development process to ensure consistency and elevate visual identity, messaging, and audience resonance.
- Drive Creative Excellence: Push the creative vision while maintaining high standards and ensuring efficient design processes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders to align creative output with business goals and marketing strategies, delivering measurable results.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, foster a high-performing team culture, and ensure motivation and talent nurturance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design and innovative execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field; Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience motivating and managing a creative team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating concepts to teams and clients.
- A natural creative visionary, proactive, results-driven, and dedicated to excellence.
Additional Information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $59.88 - $73.51 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
