Job Description

Emma is the app to manage all things money, aiming to empower millions to achieve a better financial life. Founded by engineers with a focus on coding, product, and data, the company is committed to building a strong tech culture and transforming personal finance. Having raised over $8m, Emma has attracted notable investors and seeks to create a one-stop shop for financial management.

As part of our high-performance team, every member is expected to drive their work, innovate, and uphold high standards. This role is vital in creating compelling video content to enhance our marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video work including social content, product explainers, and brand storytelling.

• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools, along with motion graphics capabilities.

• Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, human-centric video narratives.

• Comfortable with the entire video production process: shooting, lighting, editing, and delivering finished content.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of ownership.

• Passionate about fintech, visual culture, and helping people manage their finances effectively.

• Collaborative and driven to contribute to the future of finance at Emma.
