Video Editor for High-Quality Podcast Shorts (Ongoing Work, Fast Turnaround)

I’m looking for a skilled short-form video editor who can take long podcast episodes and turn them into high-quality, branded shorts for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll receive a spreadsheet with links to podcast sources (episodes, websites, YouTube channels, etc.) and your job will be to select strong, engaging moments and edit them into visually captivating clips that feel aligned with the host’s tone and branding. I’m after someone who has a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and crafting sound bites that engage viewers within the first few seconds. The ideal candidate can add dynamic captions, subtle motion graphics, B-roll, and brand elements such as logos and colors. Fast turnaround — ideally within 24–48 hours per project — is a must, along with a clean, modern editing style that fits podcasts similar to Diary of a CEO, Chris Williamson, Iman Gadzhi, or Alex Hormozi, adapted to the host’s own aesthetic. You must have excellent communication and attention to detail. Projects will be assigned whenever a podcast host requests a sample; the first clip will act as a paid test piece. If successful, you’ll join our core team to produce 3–10 clips per episode with repeat work each week. You’ll benefit from paid test projects, ongoing briefs, creative freedom, direct communication with the company (no middle management), and the chance to grow with a creative brand working with business, health, and lifestyle podcasts. The ideal person is reliable, creative, efficient, and enjoys working closely with the founder.
