Video Editor for a Reality Show [Urgent]

Video Editor is needed in Miami, United States.

Join our fast-growing media company, Thinking Media Productions, to work on a new YouTube reality-challenge series following two European contestants as they face extreme moral tests across the U.S. for a $100,000 prize. We are looking for a video editor who can shape chaotic, entertaining footage into tight, engaging episodes in the style of top YouTube channels like MrBeast or the Stokes Twins. The editor will be responsible for editing and post-producing 1–2 long-form episodes or major segments per week (15–25 minutes each), occasionally creating short-form content, building a strong narrative arc from multiple hours of raw footage per location, and applying fast-paced, high-energy editing techniques. Responsibilities include integrating interviews, VO/narration, overlays, text callouts, meme captions, SFX, and music beds, following detailed briefs, and responding promptly to feedback using frame.io. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required, with experience in After Effects and strong storytelling instincts preferred. The position offers a hybrid work approach in Miami and is ideal for those with experience editing challenge, reality, or fast-paced documentary YouTube content. The ability to manage time and hit deadlines is essential.
