Video Editor (Freelance to Full Time) for Swiss Clients [Urgent]

We are a Swiss based web development company looking to expand our creative team. We need professional video editors with strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, and knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus. The main work is editing corporate and event videos to a high standard. You will have access to a high performance virtual machine with all software and assets provided, allowing you to work remotely from your own laptop and with a high speed internet connection. The workflow is designed to be efficient; you simply edit the video according to provided instructions. If required, additional plugins can be provided. The role requires proven experience in video editing, strong skills in storytelling, structure, color, pacing, and audio, and the ability to work reliably to meet deadlines. We hire on an hourly freelance basis with the opportunity for a full-time position after six months based on performance. Full-time employees are eligible for a market-standard salary, a five-day work week, five weeks vacation, international exposure, and additional perks.
