Ads Creator (cum Graphic Designer cum Video Editor)

At IndiDino Ventures, we are building intelligent, Bharat-first solutions that reach millions across India. We need an Ad Creator who can combine creativity, data, and cultural understanding to develop high-performing ad content—both static and video—for a rapidly expanding B2C app targeting audiences in cities and remote regions. You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to test and optimize ads based on performance data. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and an understanding of user psychology and cultural context. Using AI-powered tools and analyzing performance data will be key to your role. Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are most important, with prior experience in B2C ads or performance marketing as a bonus. This job requires Hindi language skills and on-site work in Bengaluru.
