Job Description
We are a US-based marketing agency seeking a Digital Ads Manager to lead our Ads team and execute paid marketing initiatives for clients. This role combines technical tasks with creative design, fostering skill development in a collaborative environment. The position offers a monthly salary between $1,400-$1,800, based on experience.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of leading ad delivery under the operations department.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to expert skills in Canva and familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, Unbounce, WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Docs/Sheets, Trello, and Slack.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative Ability: Excellent design skills with a collaborative spirit for high-quality visuals and copy.
- Problem-Solving: Tech-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital ads and marketing is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email drip campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot and Zoho are advantageous.
Additional Information
