GenM Creative / Frank. is a full-service creative agency based in Oklahoma City. We’re looking for a part-time Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to push boundaries in both craft and technology. We value team players who are eager to grow, open to feedback, and bring storytelling to life through visuals. If you love piecing together great edits, can animate in After Effects, and are curious about integrating AI tools into your workflow, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video into polished, engaging content for a variety of platforms
• Add graphics, sound design, music, and light animation (After Effects experience is required)
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to execute concepts and meet deadlines
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and quality across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with trends in video, design, and emerging creative tech (including AI tools)

Bonus Skills:

• Experience operating camera equipment for shoots (video and/or photo)
• Understanding of lighting and audio capture on set
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Clear communication skills and the ability to give and receive creative feedback
• Detail-oriented with a good sense of timing, storytelling, and pacing
• 2–3 years of experience in editing (agency or freelance)
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting on set

Position Details

• Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours per week (schedule flexible within business hours)
• In-person only
• Pay range: $15 to $20 /hr, depending on skill level

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
