Rising star Gabon commercial

We are seeking a freelance video producer with professional editing and animation skills in French to create a promotional film for the ‘Rising Star Gabon 2026’ initiative. The video should be 1 to 2 minutes long, delivered before December 5, 2025, and serve as the opening for an event gathering 300 women leaders and entrepreneurs from Gabon. The film should portray how childhood dreams can evolve into pathways of female leadership, blending simple hand-drawn style animation with dynamic B-Roll footage of African women leaders. We will provide all voice recordings (children and voiceover), logos, and texts as needed. The freelancer is expected to handle sourcing and purchasing relevant B-Roll and stock images, integrate and synchronize provided audio, perform all editing, color correction, light sound design, as well as handle music licensing and footer sequences. The desired tone is inspirational yet professional, with smooth transitions between animation and footage and coherent, warm color grading. Final deliverables include a Full HD or 4K master file (mp4), optionally a subtitled version, and, if possible, project source files. We require fluency in French and proven experience with professional editing suites (such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Final Cut), with the ability to handle simple animation and overall project aesthetics. Delivery is due before December 5, 2025, with a draft version several days earlier for review.
