Social Media Manager / Growth HackerUrgent

We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager / Growth Hacker to join Teese Golf, a D2C global golf startup under Catenate Sdn Bhd. The brand offers high-quality grips, gloves, and accessories and is preparing for a major launch in line with the US golf season. This role is focused on planning and executing social media strategies to drive high-volume, cost-effective web traffic and rapid follower growth in key markets like the US, UK, EU, and AU. You should have a proven track record in scaling social media for e-commerce or D2C brands, especially through organic content and influencer partnerships. The position involves hands-on content creation, managing paid/organic campaigns, optimizing social profiles for conversions, coordinating a pipeline of micro-influencers, and delivering detailed analytics reporting. We are seeking someone who is data-driven, creative, and able to adapt strategies quickly to maximize results across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Experience with global content schedules, analytics tools, and an experimental growth mindset required. The project is remote, long-term, and may offer further work opportunities.
