About The Role

The role involves owning the creation of video content across marketing channels, from concept to final cut. Key responsibilities include:

• Producing short-form and long-form videos for product launches, social media, events, and paid campaigns
• Collaborating with growth and product teams to storyboard and script engaging narratives
• Capturing high-quality footage, ensuring good lighting, composition, and audio quality
• Editing video and motion graphics in line with Emma’s brand identity
• Organizing shoots, sourcing talent, and managing equipment and production timelines
• Establishing a consistent visual tone across video content to strengthen brand storytelling

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing video work in social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling
• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools
• A natural storytelling ability, capable of conveying complex ideas into engaging video content
• Comfort with end-to-end production processes, including shooting, lighting, editing, and content delivery
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• A passion for fintech, visual culture, and helping individuals manage their finances
• Collaborative and driven personality, ready to help shape the future of finance
