Job Description
Nova Smiles is an online dental platform with a growing YouTube channel focused on product reviews, dental advice, and behind-the-scenes content. We are seeking a YouTube Video Editor and Content Lead to enhance the channel by editing weekly videos and supporting the planning and strategy for consistent growth.
Requirements
- Skilled video editor with a portfolio of YouTube or social content
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and educational video structure
- Able to work independently with clear deadlines each week
- Comfortable collaborating on ideas and providing creative input
- Organised and reliable with good communication skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of YouTube SEO or prior experience growing a channel
Working Hours and Payment
- 5-10 hours per week
- Pay depends on skill and experience (guide: £15-£25 per hour or a monthly retainer)
- Remote and flexible
- Long-term opportunity as the channel and content output grow
Additional Information
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
