About The Role

The role involves:

• Owning the creation of video content from concept to final cut across marketing channels.
• Producing short-form and long-form videos for product launches, social media, events, and paid campaigns.
• Collaborating with growth and product teams to script compelling narratives.
• Capturing footage with attention to lighting, composition, and audio quality.
• Editing videos and motion graphics that align with Emma’s brand identity.
• Organizing shoots, sourcing talent, and managing equipment and production timelines.
• Building a consistent visual tone across video content to enhance Emma’s brand storytelling.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design, preferably in a startup.
• A strong portfolio featuring social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics tools.
• Strong storytelling abilities to translate complex ideas into engaging video formats.
• Comfort with end-to-end content creation: shooting, lighting, editing, and delivery.
• A strong sense of organization and ownership with attention to detail.
• A passion for fintech, visual culture, and financial empowerment.
• Collaborative and driven attitude to shape the future of finance.
