Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Photographer to join our creative team and bring visual stories to life through compelling imagery. As a Photographer, you will capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase our brand, products, and events, elevating our visual presence across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic vision with technical expertise, producing captivating content that resonates with diverse audiences. Requirements
- Proficiency in photography techniques including composition, lighting, framing, and subject direction.
- Expertise in photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and related software.
- Strong video production skills with experience in filming and editing using Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of color theory and color management principles to ensure visual consistency across media.
- Experience in art direction for photoshoots to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Ability to operate professional camera equipment including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, lighting gear, and stabilizers.
- Familiarity with social media management tools to optimize content for various platforms.
- Understanding of journalism principles for storytelling through visuals.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photoshoots and filming sessions, ensuring all shots align with brand standards and creative concepts.
- Capture stunning images and videos using professional equipment, maintaining optimal lighting, composition, and focus.
- Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Perform post-production editing including photo manipulation, color correction, retouching, and video editing with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to produce polished final content.
- Manage color management workflows to ensure consistent color accuracy across all images and videos.
- Collaborate with art directors, marketing teams, and clients to develop visual concepts that meet project goals.
- Maintain an organized archive of digital assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Contribute to social media management by creating engaging visual content tailored for various platforms.
- Film videos for promotional campaigns, tutorials, or storytelling projects while applying videography best practices.
- Stay updated on current photography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve skills.
- Assist in developing creative ideas for campaigns or projects that require photography or videography expertise.
