Job Description
The Producer is the operational backbone of our creative projects – ensuring that ideas come to life on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. You’ll partner with strategists, creatives, designers, and client relations to manage deliverables across brand, content, video, digital, and experiential projects.
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- 3–6 years of agency experience
- Proven experience managing creative deliverables end-to-end – from concept to execution
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and cross-functional collaboration
- Superior attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to think quickly and manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Exhibits flexibility and calm under pressure, with the ability to shift directions seamlessly and move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges arise
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes direction well, but can also work independently
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Applicable to: Print, Digital, Website, Photography, Video, and Event Production
- Oversees all aspects of production—from initial scheduling, estimating, quality control, prepress/preproduction, production, and delivery.
- Builds and adheres to production timelines based on client deadlines and vendor availability.
- Submits RFQs to secure quotes for projects requiring outside production, which then are shared with the Client Relations team and, ultimately, the client.
- Makes recommendations on vendors based on budget and project requirements.
- Drafts SOW to align agency and client expectations.
- Manages event staffing with partner agency and internal team.
- Provides logistics for event set up and flow, coordinating necessary set up materials.
- Creates Purchase Orders prior to sending jobs for production.
- Serves as a liaison between vendor partners and the Creative and Client Relations teams.
- Leads production book development.
- Present at event set up to provide direction (will include evening and weekend events on occasion).
- Present at productions to facilitate run of show and support creative team.
- Develops and maintains relationships with vendor partners, including printers, developers, photographers, video/broadcast producers, etc.
- Supports agency operations with day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
