Job Description

We need an editor who can cut punchy short-form verticals and clean long-form videos from talking head footage with supportive B-roll, captions, and consistent style. You’ll handle 5–10 client brands with clear briefs and steady assets.

What you’ll do:

• Short form: Edit 9:16 talking head + B-roll reels with hooks, captions, and pacing
• Long form: Edit podcasts, interviews, webinars, testimonials, and 3–10 min YouTube videos
• Color and audio polish to a consistent baseline
• Manage versions and feedback in Frame.io
• Hit deadlines reliably across multiple client queues

Requirements

• US based
• Proven portfolio in both short and long form (talking head + B-roll)
• DaVinci Resolve expertise required
• Frame.io workflow experience required
• Strong story sense, clean captions/graphics, fast turnaround
• Able to manage 5–10 clients concurrently

Nice to Have

• Light motion graphics for lower thirds/callouts
• Experience clipping long form into short sets

Compensation

• Per-deliverable or monthly retainer based on scope
• Include your rate per short, rate per long-form (per finished minute or per project), and weekly capacity
