This is a remote position. We are seeking a seasoned Zoho Developer to lead the implementation of Zoho modules across our organization. As we continue to expand, this role is critical to ensuring that our technology and systems are seamlessly integrated, enhancing efficiency and productivity throughout the company. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing all Zoho modules, providing expert-level support, and optimizing our business processes through technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as an in-house Zoho Developer
• Lead the implementation of Zoho across the different modules
• Keep yourself abreast of all the features and updates and upgrade the system from time to time
• Manage the quality and consistency of data, generate reports, and input data to support organization initiatives
• Update and maintain all records across the Zoho suite
• Assist, train, and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho
• Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience
• Gather business requirements and proactively suggest solutions
• Trouble shoot and resolve issues
• Manage the software requirements of the Organization
• Make sure the health of the systems and machines are all okay from time to time
• Proactively suggesting new technologies that can help the team be more efficient
• Ensure smooth operations of all the systems across the organization
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees over Zoho One

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in IT
• 2-4 years of experience working as a Zoho specialist
• Excellent problem solving ability and Communication Skills
• Advanced experience in CRM configuration
• Digitally savvy professional with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have a sense of detail
• Have a functional understanding of the entire Zoho One Suite, especially CRM, People, Books, Finance, IT, Projects, etc.
• Knowledge with CRM Workflow, Zoho Flow, and CRM Blueprint
• Understanding of the details and processes of such functions
• Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done, and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps
• Have a complete understanding of the process from Development to the end support
• A complete knowledge of the system configuration and its setup
• Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite
• A good understanding of other software tools used in an organization
• Excellent in written and spoken English
