Job Description

Kris Krohn Companies is seeking a skilled Email Marketer with strong HubSpot experience to support ongoing campaigns, build automations, and drive measurable results across Kris Krohn Real Estate and NexGen Steel. This is a contractor role—ideal for a highly capable marketer who can take ownership of HubSpot campaigns, deliver strong copy, and operate autonomously with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage email campaigns inside HubSpot for multiple brands.
  • Create automated workflows and nurture sequences that support sales goals and lead funnels.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy (nurtures, newsletters, promos, event sequences, etc.).
  • Manage lists, segmentation, and deliverability inside HubSpot.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • A/B test and optimize subject lines, layout, send times, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on timing, messaging, and campaign objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Email Open Rates
  • Click-Through Rates (CTR)
  • Email-Generated Leads & Conversions

Qualifications

  • Freelance or contractor experience in digital/email marketing.
  • Deep working knowledge of HubSpot, including automations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clean, effective email copy.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices and deliverability.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
  • Access to own equipment, tools, and workspace.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in real estate, B2B, or high-ticket sales funnels.
  • Experience with large segmentation lists, event promotions, and multi-brand campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM management.

Compensation

$50,000–$60,000 per year (contractor equivalent), depending on experience and workload. This is a contractor position with flexible hours and scope based on project needs.
