Job Description
We’re excited to announce a bold new expansion within the Directive family: the launch of a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. This new venture will offer a distinct identity within our established brand, built to push the boundaries of social media marketing for B2B clients. We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who’s excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You’ll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, crafting visuals that stop the scroll and drive results. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing creative assets for A/B tests and optimization strategies to achieve clients’ business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Support Abe’s marketing with compelling creative that helps us stand out.
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting creatively to different audience segments.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business goals and help create A/B tests and data-driven designs.
- Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback and data insights.
- Manage multiple design projects while communicating effectively with project management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to CRO and user experience design.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO.
- 1 year experience with motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping.
Work Environment Requirements
This is a remote-first position with the option to work from our office in Irvine, California. You must have reliable internet access, a professional background, and the ability to remain stationary for extended periods. This role allows operation 100% virtually from your home office, utilizing virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack for collaboration.
Benefits
We have a set living wage at Abe; the annual base salary range for this position is $70,000- $80,000 USD. The actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.
