Job Description:
Bring Archer’s Brand to Life Across Creative, Digital, and Retail Channels. Archer Meat Snacks, the #1 jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is seeking a Brand Marketing Associate for our Marketing team in Los Angeles. This role is vital in presenting the Archer brand to consumers, retailers, and media partners. You will manage creative assets, support the media agency, shape PDP content, and coordinate product samples for national retailers, ensuring the Archer brand is consistent, accurate, and excellent. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- ~2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally within consumer packaged goods
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, “can-do” mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and navigating ambiguity
- Excited to grow personally and professionally within a high-energy marketing team
Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Execution:
- Support the day-to-day workflow with media and creative partners, including distributing updated brand calendars, content calendars, influencer updates, and creative assets
- Lead weekly internal creative reviews to ensure brand consistency across all external and internal content
- Own and manage Archer’s brand asset repository and advertising creative library
- Support execution of shopper and retail marketing programs
Public Relations & Communications:
- Assist the Director of Marketing with PR execution, sharing new product information, managing sample shipments, and supporting award submissions
- Maintain alignment across agencies with updated brand and distribution calendars
E-Commerce & Retail Media:
- Ensure all PDP content (Amazon, Website, Retail Media platforms) is updated, accurate, and aligned with latest creative
- Generate new PDP creative with freelance designers and identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools
- Manage the BazaarVoice platform for review management and reporting
- Support development and refresh of archerjerky.com content
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support:
- Manage creation and updates of sell sheets, line sheets, and materials for new customer channels
- Support go-to-market launches with commercialization teams
- Fulfill product sample requests for the Sales team and keep the DTLA sample room stocked and organized
