Job Description

Premium Australian BPO is seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor for our client, an Australian creative agency known for crafting engaging, story-driven content that inspires and connects. The role involves a Senior Video Editor who thrives on storytelling, visual craft, and clean, cinematic editing — someone who can turn long-form film into dynamic, emotive short-form stories. Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (corporate videos, brand videos, advertisements, short films, podcasts, and socials).
• Film is SLOG/RAW — seeking an editor familiar with this format.
• Expert colour grading (ideally in DaVinci Resolve) to elevate the visual impact.
• Add basic animation and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team via email to deliver polished, on-brand video outputs.
• Contribute to social media management or website content when editing workloads are lighter.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor in a creative, agency, or production environment; this role requires more than just editing content for social media.
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a big plus.
• A keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow — you know how to tell a story.
• Great attention to detail, especially with colour, audio, and transitions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup and communicate effectively online.
• Bonus: experience in basic animation or social media content management.
• You must have a complete WFH setup already in place which includes your own device, monitor, headset, and fast and stable internet connection with backup options.

Note: The client will provide access to any software/editing tools required.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 25 per week, 5 hours per day, ongoing (Hours flexible, but some cross-over with AEST business hours is desired).
