Job Description
This position is for someone wanting to be part of three growing companies as an intern: an underground famous NYC production company, a Web3/crypto company, and a growing sound bath wellness brand. We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing videos, and creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand and project goals. This role requires a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency in various editing software, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through video production and post-production processes.
Duties
- Capture compelling video footage through filming on location or in studio settings using professional videography equipment
- Edit raw footage into polished videos utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe After Effects
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance video content
- Manage all aspects of post-production including color correction, audio editing, and visual enhancements using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects
- Ensure all video content meets quality standards and brand guidelines before delivery
- Maintain organized footage libraries and project files for efficient workflow
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in videography and editing
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Skilled in post-production techniques such as motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing
- Knowledge of photography principles and experience with filming equipment is desirable
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
