We are Aspire to Grow Ltd, a UK-based start-up focused on supporting individuals in their careers and professional development. We run two job marketplace brands, Jobs in Arb and Jobs in Ecology, which connect career professionals in the arboriculture and ecology sectors with employers across the UK.
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to handle day-to-day posting and content creation for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram across both brands.
Your tasks will include creating short-form videos, branded graphics, writing platform-appropriate captions, scheduling posts, engaging with communities, and compiling monthly performance reports. We need someone comfortable with visual storytelling for technical and environmentally focused audiences, able to plan content independently, and eager to help build our brands.
The right candidate will be early in their career, keen to grow a portfolio, and interested in a long-term partnership that will evolve as the business expands. You will receive brand guidelines, access to visual assets, and ongoing support for direction and planning.
