Job Description

Stern Bridge LLC, a veteran-owned and veteran-focused company, is seeking a confident, trustworthy, and likeable on-camera presenter to record high-quality educational and promotional video content for Veterans. Filming will be done from home or a personal studio using provided scripts, with all editing handled by the editorial team. The footage will be distributed across various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our websites. The role offers a long-term, mutually rewarding collaboration starting with a paid 30-day evaluation period.

Requirements for the Role

• Personal Attributes: Confident, articulate, trustworthy, warm, relatable, calm in discussing sensitive topics, professional in tone and appearance, dependable with deadlines, interested in long-term collaboration.
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to film in 16:9 format, framed for 9:16 cropping
• Strong lighting (natural or softbox)
• Clear audio (built-in mic, lapel, or external mic)
• Quiet environment suitable for filming
• Ability to upload raw files to a shared drive
• Ability to follow scripts and complete tasks on time
• Ability to avoid camera shake unless asked to shoot handheld
• Wardrobe & Presentation: Wear well-fitted, camera-friendly attire and maintain a professional background.
• Brand & Compliance: Must sign an NDA, media release, and limited non-compete, and maintain political neutrality.

Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required)

• Veterans or military spouses
• Healthcare, mental health, medical office, or social service experience
• Public speaking, acting, teaching, or presenting experience
• Experience serving Veteran communities
• On-camera or content creation experience

Compensation & Work Structure

This role is contractor-based and compensation is per deliverable, not hourly. Key points include:

• $2 per finished minute of the Primary Master Video
• Guaranteed $200 minimum during the first 30 days
• $200 equals 100 finished minutes of final edited content
• Typical workload: ~2.5–6 hours of actual filming
• After the evaluation period, work volume and compensation may increase
