This is a freelance opportunity seeking an experienced Digital Ad Manager to support our team. The ideal candidate will have thorough experience with major ad platforms and the ability to structure, manage, and optimize campaigns and budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to project requirements and launch timelines.
- Creating, managing, and reporting on campaigns across digital marketing platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
- Adhering to Brandish nomenclature for campaigns, ad groups, and ads following our tracking templates.
- Monitoring and/or adjusting daily budgets of ad campaigns to ensure client’s spends pace toward their monthly target.
- Keeping Brandish team members and clients informed of change history and overall performance.
- Distilling complicated information into high level explanations and reports for team members and clients.
- Making decisions and recommendations to improve or drive performance.
Requirements
Experience (Required)
- 6-8 years professional experience in a digital ad management role within a marketing, advertising or creative agency, or as an independent contractor, freelancer, or consultant.
- Experience with US health care and HIPAA compliance is a must.
Platform Proficiency (Required)
- Expertise creating campaigns across digital marketing platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience pulling quick data reports from GA4 in relation to advertising.
- Intermediate experience with Google Tag Manager.
Soft Skills (Required)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with agency teams.
- Confidence in discussions and presentations with clients.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing platforms and features.
Location
Preference given to candidates within Canada. Must have some availability between 9am-5pm Central Time (Winnipeg).
