Video Editor is needed in United States.
Ollie Muhl is looking for a video editor who can turn raw daily-life footage into engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You should be quick, understand creator and social media culture, and be able to match Ollie’s humor and pacing. The job starts part-time, with potential to grow into a full-time position. You will edit 2-5 short-form videos per week (15 seconds to 1 minute), transforming loose footage into polished clips, adding captions, effects, and music, and keeping footage organized. You’ll collaborate with the team, track trends, and suggest content ideas to improve engagement. Candidates must be based in the United States (Los Angeles preferred) and be comfortable working remotely, with some onsite requirements. You must handle timely edits, communicate well, and have experience editing TikToks, Reels, or Shorts for creators. Familiarity with CapCut and Frame.io is a plus. You must complete a short test edit as part of the process. All edits and final videos are owned by Ollie, and you may need to sign an NDA.
