• Modify existing graphics and templates to suit campaign objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining design quality.
• Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret and implement feedback.
• Familiarity with brand consistency and style guide adherence.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Minimum 1-2 years of freelance or agency experience as a graphic designer.
• Experience designing for various platforms including social media, web, and email is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Fully remote and project-based. Flexible working hours with deliverables due based on project timelines. Great for freelancers managing multiple clients or side projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
