Social Media Content Producer and Manager [Searching]

Social Media Freelancer is needed in Beijing, China.

We are The Playground, a life-coaching business based in Beijing with a focus on entertainment and comedy to inspire young adults. Our mission is to motivate Millennials and Gen Z to step outside their comfort zones, discover themselves, and find their purpose through entertaining events, creative twists, and motivational speaking. We address common issues for 18-35 year olds, such as social media pressures, fear of failure, and fear of being misunderstood, incorporating life coaching into our events to tackle these challenges in a fun, collaborative way. We are seeking a creative and fluent English speaker with an understanding of Western trends to join our team as a social media content producer and manager. You will work with us to develop 2-3 content formats, participate in filming, editing, posting, and help shape our social media strategy and content schedule. A hybrid onsite approach in Beijing is required.

Our mission is to inspire young adults to go beyond their comfort zones - to find themselves and their purpose in life. We create entertaining events with creative twists and motivational speaking, to capture Millenials and Gen Z’s attention. We use life coaching during the events to speak on the issues that are faced by 18-35 year olds - such as fear of being misperceived or misunderstood (social media influenced), pressures for performance, fear of failure, fear of success. And then we tackle them, together, in a fun way.
