Illustrator is needed in Bulgaria.

I am looking for an illustrator to help create new characters for a brand of gummies. This project involves character design and illustration for the branding of these gummies. The illustrator must be based in Bulgaria, as local presence is required, but onsite work is not necessary. I am open to applicants who are willing to travel if they are not currently in the specified location. This is for a personal project and will be a single job. Senior or expert-level experience is preferred.
