Job Description

MNY Ventures is seeking a Senior Direct Response Video Editor to join its innovative marketing department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of top performers and have direct communication with the company founders. You will be tasked with producing high-quality, short-form video content aimed at maximizing reach and maintaining MNY Ventures’ leadership in video marketing for e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Produce approximately 10 high-quality short-form videos per day based on preset scripts and styles.

• Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions for performance bonuses.

• Review scripts using direct-response copywriting principles.

• Manage daily workload autonomously and meet deadlines.

• Quickly learn and master new tools and editing techniques.

• Ensure videos meet quality standards with minimal revisions.

• Provide clear communication and updates to the executive team.

• Help train and onboard future video editors.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.

• Experience in direct-response copywriting, specifically for short-form videos.

• Proficiency in professional video-editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with video generation tools is a plus.

• Strong conversational and written English skills.

• Ability to operate autonomously and thrive without micromanagement.

• Quick learner excited by social media trends and creative tools.

• Attention to detail and adherence to instructions.

• Image Creation Tools: Krea, Midjourney, Flux Kontext Pro.

• Communication & Project Management: Discord & Slack.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 10 Daily Video Quota: Deliver 10 videos per day by 7PM ET.

• 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: Ensure at least 90% of submissions require no revisions.
