Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D/3D animation (Cinema 4D or Maya), and basic VFX techniques
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows and content management systems
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills in a short-term gig setting
• Familiarity with videography, filming techniques, and basic photography principles
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling and creative problem-solving

Duties

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction to enhance video quality with tools like Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve
• Manage and organize media assets using Adobe Bridge, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems
• Collaborate with content creators and project managers to understand project goals and deliver on deadlines
• Apply photo editing, photo manipulation, and graphic design techniques using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for supplementary visual content
• Perform post-production tasks including sound editing, color grading, and adding typography for a professional finish
• Ensure all files are properly exported, archived, and delivered via FTP or other file transfer protocols

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
