Job Description

KKday is a leading online travel e-commerce platform that connects travelers with authentic local experiences across Asia and beyond. We are seeking a Digital Campaign & Content Marketing Specialist to join our regional marketing team located in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, and social media content creation, as well as an understanding of app-based marketing and user experience. We especially value creatives who enjoy travel and have experience producing travel/lifestyle content in digital formats such as card news or short-form videos.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Planning & Execution: Support planning, execution, and performance tracking of global/local integrated marketing campaigns, manage campaign workflows, develop content for KKday’s owned channels, and optimize content distribution across social media, paid ads, and owned channels.
  • Brand Communication & Content Development: Create content aligned with brand tone and messaging, develop storytelling content for key destinations, and structure campaign and promotional messaging.
  • Content Production & Collaboration: Collaborate with creators and designers to support content production, produce visual assets using Figma/Adobe tools, and assist with short-form content creation.
  • Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Organize and analyze campaign performance data, recommend optimizations based on analytics, and improve content performance through user journey analysis.
  • App-Based Campaign & Content Optimization: Understand user flows for OTA/travel/lifestyle apps and apply UX insights to content and campaign planning.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, or social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communication fundamentals.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and propose improvements.
  • Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Suite (PS/AI/PR, etc.).
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • Nice-to-have: Background in OTA, lifestyle, or travel-related industries; strong grasp of brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling; skilled in producing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok); familiarity with GA, Mixpanel, Tableau or similar analytics tools; passionate about travel with awareness of digital content trends.
