Job Description
KKday is a leading online travel e-commerce platform that connects travelers with authentic local experiences across Asia and beyond. We are seeking a Digital Campaign & Content Marketing Specialist to join our regional MKT team located in South Korea. The ideal candidate should have experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, and social media content creation, with a strong understanding of app-based marketing and user experience. We value creatives who enjoy travel and have experience producing travel/lifestyle content in digital formats such as card news or short-form videos.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Planning & Execution: Support planning, execution, and performance tracking of global/local integrated marketing campaigns. Manage campaign workflows, develop content for KKday’s owned channels, and track performance. Execute and optimize content distribution across social media, paid ads, and owned channels based on campaign strategy.
Brand Communication & Content Development: Create content aligned with brand tone, messaging, and guidelines. Develop storytelling content for key destinations and lifestyle/OTA categories. Structure campaign and promotional messaging aligned with brand positioning.
Content Production & Collaboration: Support content production and operations in collaboration with creators, designers, and external partners. Produce visual assets using Figma/Adobe tools and assist with short-form content creation (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Support production of online/offline campaign materials and branded content assets.
Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Organize and analyze campaign and content performance data to extract insights. Recommend optimization opportunities based on social media, paid ads, and app analytics. Improve content performance and funnel efficiency through user journey analysis.
App-Based Campaign & Content Optimization: Understand user flows of OTA/travel/lifestyle apps (onboarding, browsing, conversion, retention). Apply key UX learnings to content and campaign planning. Enhance user engagement and content effectiveness through app-based experience insights.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, or social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze performance data and propose improvements.
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Suite (PS/AI/PR, etc.).
• Comfortable using collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency.
• Nice-to-have: Background in OTA, lifestyle, or travel-related industries; strong grasp of brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling; ability to support app-based marketing or UX-informed content initiatives; skilled in producing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok); a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative improvements; familiarity with GA, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization tools; comfortable collaborating with creative teams and external agencies; passion for travel and sharp awareness of digital content trends.
