Elite Performance Video Editor / Clipper for Meta Ads (Ongoing, High-Volume Testing)

Emson is a long established consumer products company that creates problem solving items for in and around the home, sold across major retailers and online. We move quickly, test aggressively, and invest real media dollars behind winning creative.

We are looking for an elite performance focused video editor who can turn our b roll into a continuous stream of engaging Meta ads that convert. This is an ongoing role for someone who understands direct response, not just beautiful editing.

You will receive:
• A library of b roll for physical consumer products, including product demos, lifestyle footage, testimonials, and UGC
• Clear angles and value propositions for each product
• Performance feedback from live Meta campaigns

You will deliver:
• Twenty to fifty Meta ad variations per week
• Multiple hook variations for each concept
• Different structures such as problem or solution, testimonial first, demo first, offer first
• Assets formatted for Reels, Feed, and Stories in the required aspect ratios
• Sound off optimized edits with strong captions and on screen messaging

This role is ideal for a collaborative editor who thinks in terms of testing, iterations, and winners, not one perfect video.

What We Expect

1. When you apply, include all of the following:

• Links to ad creatives you have edited that ran with real spend

• Ideally ads that scaled to at least fifty thousand dollars in spend or hit strong metrics such as ROAS, CPA, or CTR
  -Brief notes on your role and what changed once your version went live

  2. Before and after examples

• Show raw b roll and the final ad you delivered
  -We want to see your thinking in structure, pacing, cropping, captions, and calls to action

  3. A short Loom video, two to five minutes, where you explain

• How you approach hooks and the first three seconds

• How you think about pacing and keeping attention

• How you design for thumb stop and sound off viewing, including captions and graphics

Applications that do not include all three items will not be considered

You Are A Strong Fit If

• You already edit Meta or TikTok or UGC ads for ecommerce or direct to consumer brands
• You care deeply about performance metrics and creative testing
• You are fast, organized, and comfortable working from detailed briefs and large asset libraries
• You work confidently in Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci and can share project files when needed

Bonus experience
• Physical consumer products such as kitchen, home, outdoor, lighting, or tools

The role will involve ongoing, high-volume ad editing with the potential for follow up work. You will need to be based in the United States, though remote work is possible. Experience in video editing and a strong focus on creating performance-driven marketing assets are essential.
