We are seeking a dynamic and talented Video Editor and Creative Advertiser to join our team and lead the creation of compelling Facebook ad campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft engaging visual stories that captivate audiences and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling through video and photography, combined with expert skills in editing, motion graphics, and content creation. Requirements

Duties:

• Develop, edit, and produce engaging video content tailored for Facebook advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D to craft compelling motion graphics and visual effects.
• Perform photo editing, manipulation, and retouching using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge to enhance imagery for ads.
• Manage the entire post-production process including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects integration to deliver polished final products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, and campaign strategies that maximize audience engagement.
• Organize and manage digital assets efficiently within content management systems and FTP servers for seamless workflow.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, graphic design, 3D animation (Maya), and motion graphics to continually innovate content quality.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge; as well as Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer.
• Strong background in video editing, post-production techniques, photo editing, photo manipulation, and graphic design.
• Experience with motion graphics creation using Cinema 4D or similar 3D animation tools (Maya or 2D animation skills are a plus).
• Knowledge of videography principles including filming techniques and content creation workflows.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), FTP protocols, typography standards, and digital asset organization.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and marketing stakeholders.
