Job Description

Our client, a large NSW Government organisation, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the team. This role involves providing enhancement, maintenance, and support for various projects, focusing on customer-centric digital solutions across business and IT-driven initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement responsive web interfaces and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Build reusable, scalable front-end components and efficient server-side logic.

Selection Criteria:

• Expertise with JavaScript and strong skills in ReactJS, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and web responsive techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, with a preference for AWS serverless.
• Experience with websocket and webhook implementation/integrations.
• Proficiency in Git for version control, following the GitLab branching strategy.
• Experience working with relational or other NoSQL databases.

Additional Information

• Position offered at up to $123.20 per hour.
• Contract duration: Until May 2026.
• This opportunity is at a highly sought-after NSW government department.
