Job Description

We’re looking for a high-level YouTube editor who specializes in cinematic talking-head videos, advanced pacing and storytelling, heavy sound design, motion graphics, fast-paced mini-trailers inside vlogs, clean animations, and seamless flow. This is for a long-term client and involves editing 4–6 YouTube videos per month (potentially 6–8). The videos vary from sit-down talking heads to vlog-style with cinematic sequences. You must be able to replicate the exact style shown in reference videos; otherwise, do not apply.

Skills

• Expert in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Advanced motion graphics (After Effects level)
• Sound design mastery
• Trailer-style editing + cinematic pacing
• Strong English comprehension & communication
• Ability to follow references exactly
• Consistent delivery without missing deadlines

Professional Requirements

• Fluent English
• No agencies—looking for ONE editor, not a team
• Availability for long-term (6–12+ months)
• Must sign an NDA
• Ability to follow folder structure, naming conventions, and creative direction

Payment

Payment options include per video or monthly retainer (4–8 videos/month). Rate will be based on skill level and test project performance.

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
