Job Description
Tote is on a mission to reinvent the experience of pool betting for the modern age, blending rich heritage with innovative digital storytelling. As part of our growing creative and marketing function, we’re looking for a talented Motion Designer & Video Editor to bring our brand to life through dynamic, engaging video content. This role involves leading the creation, development, and management of in-house video content for Tote, working closely with our Creative and Social teams to define and implement the visual language for all video and motion aspects. Responsibilities include creating, editing, animating, and optimizing video content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness across multiple channels.
Job Requirements
You’ll have proven experience editing and animating video content for social media and paid channels, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, with strong 2D and 3D animation skills is essential. Familiarity with audio editing and sound design is necessary for producing polished content. The ability to create and maintain scalable asset libraries is also required. Candidates should possess strong storytelling instincts, design skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to optimise content performance using data-driven insights is important. Understanding best practices for producing engaging short-form and educational video content, especially for digital audiences, is fundamental. Ideally, experience from the betting, gaming, or sports entertainment industries is preferred, along with knowledge of video analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement. Confidence with basic filming and production setups is a bonus.
