Job Description

We are a fast-growing B2B marketing agency looking for a skilled freelance video editor who specializes in short-form content creation to join our team on a part-time, ongoing basis. We value editors who feel like part of the team, not just a vendor. This role is highly focused on short-form marketing videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

While you will still work on occasional long-form content (webinars, explainer videos, product demos, etc.), our highest priority is finding someone who excels at creating engaging, scroll-stopping short-form videos optimized for social media. Our clients are primarily in technology and professional services, so you’ll work on a diverse mix of B2B content that requires strong pacing, clarity, and compelling visual storytelling.

Types of Projects You’ll Work On

• Short-form social media videos (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Explainer videos and animations
• Product/demo videos
• Webinar recordings, repurposed clips, and highlight reels
• Intro/outro sequences
• Event and testimonial videos

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form video content for social media marketing (essential).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual design for digital platforms.
• Ability to repurpose content into vertical, horizontal, and square formats.
• Comfort working with both raw footage and stock assets.
• Reliable communication and consistent ability to meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to take direction and iterate.
