Requirements

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One; video editing tools including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of color management principles and color theory to produce visually cohesive images and videos.
• Skilled in filming techniques, post-production processes, and art direction for both stills and motion content.
• Ability to operate professional camera equipment and lighting setups effectively in various environments.
• Strong understanding of social media management strategies for content optimization and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Experience with sales or client-facing roles is a plus for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and other promotional materials.
• Manage all aspects of post-production editing using industry-standard software.
• Conduct color management and photo manipulation to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the art direction team to produce visually compelling content.
• Oversee video production workflows from filming to editing, ensuring seamless storytelling and technical excellence.
• Manage social media content creation and scheduling to maximize audience engagement across multiple platforms.
• Maintain organized archives of all visual assets and ensure consistent branding standards are upheld across projects.
• Stay current with industry trends in photography, videography, color theory, and editing techniques to continuously elevate the quality of work produced.

Additional Information

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
