Job Description

John Kind Studios LLC is building a trusted network of videographers and editors for short-form, promotional, music, and event video projects. This role is best for creatives who can execute efficiently, follow creative direction, and deliver polished results.

Requirements

• Demonstrated video portfolio

• Editing proficiency (Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut, etc.)

• Understanding of framing, lighting, and pacing

• Ability to meet fast but realistic timelines

Responsibilities

• On-site video capture for short-form and promo projects

• Video editing, color correction, and basic graphics

• File delivery and revision handling

• Clear communication with producer

Compensation

Flat-rate per service. Paid within 7–14 business days. Pay ranges from $45.00 to $85.00 per hour. Expected hours are approximately 10 per week (Videography, Editing, Both).
