Meta Ads UGC Video Editor (Remote – Argentina)

Castro Commerce LLC is seeking a UGC Video Editor who can transform raw creator footage into high-performing Meta ads tailored for Facebook and Instagram. The focus is on simple, effective edits—such as hooks, captions, pacing, and cuts—to create native-feeling, direct-response ad content. You’ll collaborate daily with Creative Strategists via Discord, working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in editing Meta and TikTok-style UGC ads, fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable with quick turnaround times, and adaptable in using AI tools like ElevenLabs, Kling, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Expect to deliver 20 UGC videos per week plus variations, focusing on raw, performance-oriented content rather than polished, cinematic edits. This is a remote, full-time contract position for an Argentinian-owned company specializing in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brand development.

Budget range:
$800 – $1,000 USD / month (depending on experience)
