Job Description

BASH is a high-energy, community-driven fitness studio with multiple locations across Northern Virginia. We blend boxing, strength, and recovery with bold visuals, vibrant messaging, and a culture of celebration. Now we’re looking for a Video Editor who can bring our brand to life across platforms—one punchy clip at a time.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit high-impact videos for social media, campaigns, and in-studio screens.
• Craft dynamic reels, promos, and coach features that match our brand tone.
• Collaborate with our creative team to shape visual storytelling across platforms.
• Elevate raw footage into polished, branded content with music, captions, and effects.
• Stay on top of trends and help us push creative boundaries.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.
• Experience with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Ability to match brand tone—celebratory, inclusive, high-energy.
• Fast turnaround, clean execution, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: motion graphics, color grading, or animation skills.

Additional Information

• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• Work Location: In person.
