Contract AI Storytelling & Highlight Video Specialist

TheArtForce.org is seeking a contract AI-enabled video specialist to create short-form highlight story videos for selected artists. This role begins with a 1-week pilot focused on producing a single, complete artist highlight video to evaluate storytelling quality, workflow, and collaboration. The emphasis is on authentic storytelling, not generic promotional content, using AI tools where appropriate to support efficiency and quality.

Requirements

1-Week Pilot Scope
During the pilot week, the contractor will:

• Collaborate on a lightweight brief for one artist
• Produce one 60–120 second highlight video, including:
• Artist story or journey
• Visuals of artwork or process
• Light narrative arc and pacing
• Use AI tools responsibly to support staging scenes, editing, subtitles, or voiceover (if applicable)
• Deliver a final video optimized for:
• Website
• Social sharing
• Partner or donor use

Pilot Success Criteria

• Story clarity and emotional resonance
• Visual and audio quality
• Efficiency of workflow
• Ability to incorporate feedback within the week

Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week

Work Location: Remote
