Job Description

The Junior Creative Producer (Part-Time) at Check N’ Play will support the day-to-day creation of visual content used across social media, marketing, and in-store experiences. This hands-on, execution-focused role is ideal for someone early in their creative career who wants to build real-world experience and a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities include designing visual assets for social media, resizing and adapting creative for different platforms, supporting light photo and video editing for social content, assisting with signage, flyers, and promotional materials, organizing digital asset libraries, and collaborating with the digital marketing team on content needs and timelines.

Requirements

Applicants should have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color), and the ability to manage multiple small projects with tight deadlines. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate attention to detail, comfort working from templates and creative briefs, and an interest in social media and digital content formats.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Canva, Figma, or basic motion tools (After Effects) is a plus, as well as familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or short-form video formats, experience editing iPhone-shot content, and having a design portfolio (student, freelance, or personal projects welcome).

Role Details

• Part-time: ~20 hours per week
• Pay: $25 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: Hybrid (on-site as needed, with remote work flexibility)
