Job Description

Infosys is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer who is a polyglot with expertise in multiple technologies, capable of working on complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience building products across the stack, along with a solid understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and various back-end languages. This role involves working in a small team that leverages new technology to address challenges in both front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering exceptional experiences for global users.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Must be located within traveling distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum of 4 years of core development experience in the following areas:
• Design and development of REST APIs and Web services
• Modern design patterns, architectures, and testing strategies
• Expertise with .NET 6/6.1/Core 3.1 Framework with C# and Entity Framework
• Modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular v13+ or equivalent such as React/VUE)
• Azure Functions v3 – v4
• Azure SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), MS SQL Server, database development, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Application Monitoring knowledge with tools like App Insights or similar
• Experience in writing and executing stored procedures
• Designing integration applications, both upstream and downstream
• Experience with git, Azure DevOps, build pipelines, code branching/merging, and code management
• Implementing security on Azure
• Knowledge of Event-driven architecture
• Strong research ability and experience in working on POCs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional cloud-native Azure technologies such as Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, App Service, Key Vault, Logic Apps, ARM Templates
• Deep knowledge of Unit Testing and Automation testing
• React and/or Next.js experience preferred
• Kubernetes and/or Azure Kubernetes Service experience is preferred
• Configuring Azure DevOps and pipelines
• Azure Data Factory knowledge
• Microservice Architecture proficiency
• Experience in designing and developing SSIS packages and familiarity with ETL tools (ADF experience is a plus)
