THE ROLE: We are looking for a Video Editor to join our team on a 3-month maternity leave cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who loves video editing, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and enjoys working collaboratively across creative teams. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality final deliverables in line with creative briefs. This includes editing promotional, educational, workout, and social media content, applying graphics and sound design, responding to feedback, and ensuring all outputs meet our quality standards. This is a role that can be done remotely. Due to our hands-on approach, the role may occasionally involve direct contact with customers, so strong communication and relationship-management skills are essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, organising, and archiving all footage using clear folder structures.
• Editing multi-camera footage.
• Creating and editing videos with graphics and music.
• Designing and creating graphics as required.
• Syncing music tracks with footage.
• Performing colour correction.
• Exporting and delivering final files in required formats.
• Participating actively in team meetings and creative discussions.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ video editing experience of Premiere Pro in a production environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ multi-camera editing experience.
• Strong creative attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of deadlines.
• Confidence to receive and apply creative feedback, and to contribute ideas constructively.
• Solid understanding of production workflows and schedules.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Team-focused, with strong day-to-day communication skills.
• A good understanding of music is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry is desirable but not essential.

Software Knowledge

• Adobe Premiere Pro: Editing and colour grading.
• After Effects: Basic motion graphics.
• Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign: Confident in retouching and visual manipulation.
• IT Skills: MacOS / Windows; Microsoft Office; File formats, data management, organisation and transcoding.

Contract Information

Fixed-term contract: 3 months (Maternity Leave cover).

39 hours per week - Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required).
