Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to design engaging learning solutions that support a global Customer Support organization. You’ll work on digital learning, vILT, microlearning, and course development using tools like Articulate Rise 360 & Storyline, while collaborating closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Instructional Design experience
- Strong background in adult learning & digital learning
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 / Storyline
- Experience creating e-learning, assessments, and interactive content
- Portfolio or work samples required
Additional Information
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 5-month contract
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: Up to $44.00 per hour
