Epic Slope Partners is a new-age growth marketing agency that helps B2B SaaS companies and AI natives grow their revenues.
As an Organic Growth Manager, you will own client success from strategy development through technical implementation and reporting. This role involves crafting custom SEO strategies, managing client relationships, and leading execution to drive measurable organic growth. It’s a client-facing position that requires strategic decision-making and high ownership.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO and GEO, with significant experience in a SaaS company or client-facing agency role.
- Deep expertise in Technical SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4), and reporting tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex SEO issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to devise scalable solutions that deliver ROI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and drive consensus on strategic direction.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 event configuration.

We seek an individual who is passionate about SEO, knowledgeable in current trends, and detail-oriented. You should be able to communicate concepts simply, manage expectations effectively, and demonstrate discipline in daily execution. A blend of creativity and technical ability is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Own Client SEO & GEO Strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Conduct deep technical audits and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
- Set up website tracking (GTM, GA4).
- Manage client relationships and performance communication.
- Define and analyze SEO performance metrics and manage reporting dashboards.
- Drive keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Document and systematise processes for service delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in AI/Search/LLMs.
- Synthesize data into actionable insights and stories.
- Identify automation opportunities using tools like n8n.
